Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokerStars Casino is not liable for any damages, losses, claims (whether actual or consequential) arising from or related to the use of its services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of business, data corruption, costs incurred due to system failure.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold PokerStars Casino harmless against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses (actual or threatened) arising directly or indirectly from the use of its services by any third party. The User acknowledges that this provision is a material part of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

PokerStars Casino's services may include content created by it or obtained under license to which PokerStars Casino owns the copyright or other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of such content without explicit written permission from PokerStars Casino constitutes infringement of its rights and is prohibited.

Limitation on Remedies

In no event will PokerStars Casino be liable for any claim damages or losses arising from a failure to meet an obligation under these Terms and Conditions unless the User gives notice of breach in writing within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it. Any remedies provided by law are hereby limited to a period commencing at the earlier of when notice was given, twelve (12) months since the claim arose.

Modification or Cancellation

PokerStars Casino has the right, without liability and with immediate effect, to modify, suspend, cancel these Terms and Conditions or any services contained hereunder, where it determines such actions are necessary.
